ESCAPE collects only what you give us — enquiry form submissions, email correspondence, and the data your browser sends. We don't sell it. We don't track you across the web. This page explains what we do collect, why, and how to remove it.
What we collect
When you contact us through the enquiry form, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, the dates you're considering, your group type and group size, and your message. We also keep the content of any email correspondence you send us.
Like every website, our server keeps basic logs — your IP address, browser type, and timestamps — for security and diagnostics.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To manage and coordinate bookings once you decide to work with us.
- For security, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
Who we share it with
Nobody — with two exceptions:
- Our partner reception venues, when you book a wedding, and only with your explicit consent.
- Law enforcement, when we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not track you across the web.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. Embedded videos are served through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email studios@esca.pe and we'll take care of it.
Data retention
We retain enquiries for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
