TERMS
A short set of terms for using esca.pe. The site is for information and enquiry — the real work happens out in the desert.
About these terms
By using esca.pe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Use of the site
This site is for information and enquiry only. Nothing on it is an offer or a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only by a separate written agreement between you and Escape Productions LLC.
Services arranged by ESCAPE
Services on the property, including chefs, trainers, practitioners and transport, are arranged by ESCAPE and delivered by independent providers we know and trust. Each booking is confirmed in writing with its price and cancellation terms. Please tell us in advance about any health condition, injury or dietary need relevant to a service; physical activities are undertaken at your own risk. Outside vendors may work on the property only by prior written agreement and must carry their own insurance. Private air charter is arranged under our separate Air Charter Terms.
Intellectual property
ESCAPE® is a registered service mark (U.S. Reg. No. 7,549,536, registered October 29, 2024, Int. Cl. 41 and 43). All photography, video, copy, illustrations — including K's drawings — and design are © Escape Productions LLC. Please don't reproduce any of it without our written permission.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESCAPE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
